Transport Engineer. A Transport Engineer who has a Master’s Degree in the Transport field (a Master’s Degree in Transport Logistics is not acceptable). The following is also required: • ECSA registration as Pr.Eng or Xx.Xxxx Eng • At least 5 (five) years’ verifiable post graduate experience, and a minimum of 3 (three) completed non-motorised projects which should include 2 (two) projects for the planning and development of Universal Access in public transport systems, public transport services / operations and related infrastructure. • Universal Access Design • Non-Motorised Transport Planning • Transport Planning: development of Transport Network Plans and Masterplans • Cycling Strategies • Provides solution orientated specialist advice to EmployerSite investigations and analysis to identify problems • A demonstrated ability to interpret data, modelling results, trends, etc. and to use such interpretation to develop appropriate solutions is a requirement.
