Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.
Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following: 1. That he/she is normally required to transport clients/consumers/felons in the course of their duties. 2. That there is no access to or available State vehicles. 3. That public transportation cannot be used. 4. That their insurance company requires a special rider on their existing automobile policy. 5. Proof that such a rider has been purchased. 6. Proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance policy. By receiving such reimbursement, employees acknowledge that they may be required to use their own personal vehicle to transport clients/consumers/felons in the normal course of their duties. The reimbursement to such employee(s) is the actual cost of the rider not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75) per year whichever is less. This reimbursement will be paid on a yearly basis in the pay period that includes July 1st. Employees who either resign, retire, or have their employment terminated during the year and employees who start during any part of the year will have the reimbursement prorated. In the case of employees who either retire, resign, or have their employment terminated will have that portion of the reimbursement repaid to the State, in the last paycheck.
Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.
