Transportation and School Nutrition Services. Contractor has the option of providing pupil transportation directly to their students or purchasing MPS transportation services. The Board shall provide meals pursuant to the guidelines and standards of the National School Lunch Program. MPS’s Department of Nutrition Services will provide Contractor with instructions for participation in said program as well as a billing calendar which shall reflect how Contractor will be invoiced for the meals. Such documents will be updated as needed and provided to Contractor as soon as reasonably possible when revised.
