Common use of Transportation Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Transportation Management Plan. 20 Developer shall be responsible for the management of traffic on the Project or 21 impacted by the Work in accordance with applicable Technical Provisions, Laws, 22 Governmental Approvals and the Transportation Management Plan. Developer shall 23 prepare the Transportation Management Plan in accordance with Section DR 462.2.3 of 24 the Technical Provisions. Throughout the Term, Developer shall carry out all 25 Construction Work and Maintenance Services (including Routine Maintenance and 26 Capital Asset Replacement Work) in accordance with the Transportation Management 27 Plan or, if required pursuant to Section 8.4.1, updates thereto. In accordance with 28 Section 7.4, preparation of the initial Transportation Management Plan and resolution of 29 all ADOT comments thereon shall be a condition precedent to issuance of NTP 2.
