Transportation of Accident Victims. Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer. Further, if it is deemed necessary by a medical attendant, transportation home from work, from the hospital, or from a physician's office shall also be at the expense of the Employer. An employee who is injured on the job and who is in receipt of Workers' Compensation benefits shall continue to accrue seniority and vacation entitlements for a period of three (3) months.
