Transportation of Accident Victims. ‌ Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be determined by the First Aid Attendant on the site and administering first aid to the patient, and at the expense of the Employer. The Employer shall ensure that adequate arrangements are made for the employee to return to the job site, assembly point or current local accommodation whichever is most appropriate to the employee's condition. Transportation will be provided or paid by the Employer.
