Transportation Plans. The CONSULTANT will coordinate with the DEPARTMENT to obtain and review transportation plans throughout the life of the Project for all modes of transportation including freight, transit, and non-motorized. The following plans or studies should be reviewed as appropriate:  MPO's adopted Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Cost Feasible and Needs Plans  Local Government Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP)  State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP)  Local Government Comprehensive Plan (LGCP)

Transportation Plans. Park City, with coordination from TCS, shall develop and implement plans for traffic control around Main Street as part of the Supplemental Plan to meet the transportation and parking needs of the public during the Use Periods, including provisions for parking, road closings, and any enhanced transit service to off-site shuttle lots and paid parking. Park City shall modify and as necessary expand the public City Transit service, at TCS’s sole expense, to meet the increased public demand during the World Series consistent with the purposes of the Agreement and the needs of the public, including patrons of the World Series. The system will remain open to the public and will service the existing transit routes. The transportation plans contemplated by this paragraph are intended as an enhancement to Park City’s public transportation to meet the needs of the public during the Use Periods, and are not to be construed as the provision of “charter” services.
Transportation Plans. Regional Transportation Plan (RTP): Support CWCOG staff in the development and fulfillment of the RTP by working with local jurisdictions to review existing plans and policies, compiling information as needed including Grays Harbor County elements (including cities and towns) as directed by CWCOG staff. Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan (CHSTP): Coordinate with and provide support to CWCOG staff in the formation and implementation of the plan. Rural Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Architecture Best Practices Report: Lend assistance to CWCOG staff in engaging and educating local agencies in the purpose and development of the ITS report. It intends to establish details such as shipping timeline, shipping provider, port of entry, costs, and clearances required for import into the country.   • TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME 12.01 The Employer will provide transportation to and from jobs from the Employer’s shop. If an employee’s car is used for such transportation, the owner shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per kilometre for such use.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available. An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.

  • Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.
