Common use of Transportation Plans Clause in Contracts

Transportation Plans. ‌ The CONSULTANT will obtain and review transportation plans throughout the life of the Project. The following plans or studies should be reviewed as appropriate: • MPO’s adopted Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Cost Feasible • MPO Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) • State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) • Local Government Comprehensive Plan • Local Transit Development Plans for bus, rail, or other services • Non-motorized (bicycle and pedestrian) Plans
