Common use of Transportation Route Assignment Clause in Contracts

Transportation Route Assignment. A route is constructed to accommodate the needs of the students in the district while utilizing the time of the route, the driver to the fullest extent and within the constraints of the schedule. Routes will be chosen in order of seniority as outlined in Section 30.13 (1-3) of this agreement. Drivers must drive both an AM route and a PM route in order to select a midday route or a private transfer run.
