TRASH, GARBAGE, ETC. Lessee shall pick up, and provide for, a complete and proper arrangement for the adequate sanitary handling and disposal, away from the Airport, of all trash, garbage, and other refuse caused as a result of the operation of its business. Piling of boxes, cartons, barrels, pallets, debris, or similar items in an unattractive or unsafe manner, on or about the Leased Premises, shall not be permitted.
