Travel and Accommodation. When the unit is away from the Company's home base on distant locations requiring that the Employee layover away from their home base over the sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) day of the week, the Employee shall receive an additional one-fifth (1/5th) of their weekly contracted rate for each day away in addition to all per diem allowances.
