TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS. C2. XXXXXXXXX agrees to provide ARTIST'S REPRESENTATIVE with detailed directions to the place of performance. If ARTIST gives advance notice to PURCHASER that the ARTIST is arriving by air, PURCHASER shall provide GROUND TRANSPORTATION for ARTIST plus luggage and instruments between airport, hotel, concert venue, and return to airport upon departure via Sedan/Town Car or SUV. If PURCHASER is picking ARTIST up, he must be on time, meet the ARTIST at the point of arrival with an identifying sign and must be able to carry luggage and have appropriate transportation available. If PURCHASER is providing air tickets, ARTIST requires four (4) economy class ticket plus overweight and cartage, if any. Train tickets (unless special contractual provision has been made) are not acceptable. IF PURCHASER IS PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION AS OUTLINED ABOVE, SCHEDULING MUST BE APPROVED BY ARTIST’S MANEGEMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING. C3. If PURCHASER is providing HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, a minimum of four (4) non smoking king single room with large bed (no double bed) in a minimum of a 4-star hotel (with a full gym, wireless internet, and air conditioning, etc) is required. The room shall be available until the day after the performance with the ARTIST to comply with check-out times and hotel rules. The PURCHASER shall not be responsible for any extra charges during the stay of the ARTIST. Please, try to arrange an early check-in when the transport schedule makes it necessary. XXXXXXXXX agrees PURCHASER TO PROVIDE AND PAY FOR: AIR TRAVEL When contracted to provide ARTIST'S REPRESENTATIVE with detailed directions air travel, a minimum of two (2) roundtrip tickets for coach class plus any overweight shall be provided. All flights are subject to the place of performanceARTIST approval in advance. If ARTIST gives advance notice to PURCHASER that the ARTIST is arriving by air, PURCHASER shall provide GROUND TRANSPORTATION for ARTIST One full sized vehicle (mini-van or SUV) suitable to accommodate two (2) personnel plus luggage and instruments an acoustic bass between airport, hotel, and concert venue, and including return to airport upon departure via Sedan/Town Car or SUVas needed. AT LOAD IN • Six (6) bottles of bottled water • Assortment of Nuts (raw almonds, raw cashews, pistachios, walnuts, pecans) • One (1) bag of nacho corn chips • One (1) box of wheat crackers • Hummus and on stage.salsa • Fresh fruit/veggies (Veggies cut up/NO PLATTERS PLEASE) for two (2) • One (1) BBQ Chicken (cut up please)

One eight (8) passenger that can accommodate four musicians and luggage. Alternatively, a Sedan/Town Car or SUVand a smaller van for the baggage and for 1 person shall be required. If ARTIST must not be cramped. If PURCHASER is picking ARTIST up, he must be on time; meet the ARTIST at the point of arrival with an identifying sign; and must be able to carry luggage and have appropriate transportation available. IF PURCHASER IS PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION AS OUTLINED ABOVE, SCHEDULING MUST BE APPROVED BY ARTIST’S MANEGEMENT SUCH THAT IF ARTIST.ARRIVES ON DAY OF PERFORMANCE HE MUST HA VE TIME TO CHECK INTO HOTEL AND REST FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) HOURS PRIOR TO BOOKINGSOUND CHECK. C3. If PURCHASER is providing HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, a minimum of four one (41) non smoking king suite and three (3) deluxe single room rooms with large bed (no double bed) and bath tub, in a minimum of a 45-star hotel (with a full gym, wireless internet, a restaurant on the premises, and air conditioning, etc) is required. Rooms shall be non smoking. The suite must be with separated sitting room and bedroom, no Junior suite. The hotel must have parking for band bus.. The rooms shall be available until the day after the performance with the ARTIST to comply with check-out times and hotel rules. The PURCHASER shall not be responsible for any extra charges during the stay of the ARTIST. Please, try to arrange an early check-in when the transport schedule makes it necessary. XXXXXXXXX agrees Vehicles (to provide include but not limited to 15-passenger van(s) or SUVs) must be able to accommodate ARTIST and any personal luggage and equipment comfortably. Xxxxxxxxxx must be approved by ARTIST or ARTIST'S REPRESENTATIVE with detailed directions ’S Representative prior to booking. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Unless otherwise specified on the place contract, no fewer than one (1) suite and eighteen (18) single rooms in a first-class 5-star hotel within one (1) mile of performancethe venue. Hotel must have telephone, private bath w/bathtub, cable television, wireless internet in each room, also, 24-hour front desk, fax machine and restaurant in hotel. Hotel subject to ARTIST’S approval. If ARTIST gives advance notice to PURCHASER that hotel accommodations are not included in the ARTIST is arriving by aircontract, PURCHASER shall provide GROUND TRANSPORTATION for at least two (2) hotel recommendations and shall share any performer/corporate rates with the ARTIST. If PURCHASER is providing HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONSwithin close proximity, a minimum of four (4) non smoking king single room basic First Aid Kit complete with large bed (no double bed) in a minimum of a 4ace bandages, band- aids, anti-star hotel (with a full gym, wireless internetbacterial ointment, and air conditioningibuprofen; and ice with ice bags or ice packs; and, etcfor all stage performances, ten (10) is required. The room shall shower towels to be available until used throughout the day after course of the performance with the ARTIST to comply with check-out times and hotel rulesperformance.
