Travel and Overtime. Maximum overtime rate for time spent in travel shall be time and one-half (1.5x). Travel time shall not be used for computing double time for article 7.01 of this appendix. The employee shall have the right to refuse to drive after twelve (12) hours in one day.

Travel and Overtime. (a) An Employee travelling between the depot and nominated work site outside of ordinary hours shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rates for the period of such travel. (b) Subject to clause 23.2(b) and clause 28.6(c) an Employee travelling to and/or from home to start/finish overtime when reasonable means of transport are not available shall either be provided with transport to and/or from home or paid ordinary rates for the time taken for such travel. (c) For the purposes of clause 28.6(b) an Employee shall only be paid for travelling to and/or from home to start/finish overtime when that travel time is charged to, and paid by, the relevant customer of the Employer.

  • Travel Allowances There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Travel and Expenses Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred in the furtherance of the business of the Company in accordance with the Company’s practices and procedures, as they may exist from time to time. Executive may, in his discretion, elect to purchase, and be reimbursed for, business class tickets on any international flights for which scheduled flight time exceeds five hours.   • Travel and Per Diem Any reimbursement for necessary travel and per diem shall be at rates not to exceed those set by the California Department of Human Resources. Reimbursement will be at the State travel and per diem amounts that are current as of the date costs are incurred by the Grantee.   • Travel Policy Section 1. Travel allowances and reimbursements, including meal, lodging and transportation expenses, shall be as provided in the Department of Administrative Services, Oregon Accounting Manual Travel Policy (OAM #40.10.00.PO). However, Section .105 of the policy shall read as follows: Personal telephone calls to immediate family members or significant others to confirm the traveler’s well being while on travel status are allowed. Employees shall be reimbursed for one (1) phone call home on the first day of travel and every other day for a five (5) to ten (10) minute call. When authorized by the Agency, employees will be provided access to State phone cards or State phone card numbers. When State phone cards are not available or the employee does not charge the call to his/her hotel room, employees shall provide receipts. Personal telephone bills reflecting the eligible calls made during travel status can serve as a receipt. The Employer shall give the Union at least thirty (30) days advance notice of any proposed changes to this policy. Such changes which involve a mandatory subject of bargaining shall be subject to negotiation if requested by the Union.

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE 17.01 There shall be a free zone for employees working within a forty-five (45) kilometre radius of the Halifax County intersection of Provincial Highway, 101 and 102. Travel and subsistence allowance will not apply when travelling to and working within this free zone (17.01). 17.02 There shall be a forty-five (45) kilometre radius free zone around all projects outside the jurisdiction of Clause 17.01.

  • Travel and Other Expenses ODHS shall not reimburse Contractor for any travel or additional expenses under this Contract.

  • Business and Travel Expenses Upon presentation of reasonable substantiation and documentation as the Company may specify from time to time, the Employee shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, for all reasonable out-of-pocket business and travel expenses incurred and paid by the Employee during the Employment Term and in connection with the performance of the Employee’s duties hereunder.
