Travel Expense Any EMPLOYEE who must use his personal automobile or otherwise provide his own transportation when on school district business shall be reimbursed by the BOARD according to the amount established by current BOARD policy.
Travel Expenses CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed or paid travel expenses unless set forth in this Agreement.
Contractor’s Expense The Contractor will be responsible for all costs related to photo copying, telephone communications and fax communications while on County sites during the performance of work and services under this Contract.
Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency. Ancillary expenses include, but are not limited to, costs associated with transportation, delivery, and insurance for each deliverable. B. Business and Travel Expenses Upon presentation of reasonable substantiation and documentation as the Company may specify from time to time, the Employee shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, for all reasonable out-of-pocket business and travel expenses incurred and paid by the Employee during the Employment Term and in connection with the performance of the Employee’s duties hereunder.
Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE 4.1. Direct Personnel Expense of employees engaged on the Project by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER includes ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS, other engineers, designers, job captains, draftsmen, specification writers and typists, in consultation, research and design in producing Drawings, Specifications and other documents pertaining to the Project, and in services during construction at the site. 4.2. Direct Personnel Expense includes actual cost and of mandatory and customary financial benefits paid.
Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.
Traveling Teachers Traveling teachers are those who are not assigned a dedicated classroom of their own due to limited space. If traveling is necessary within a subject area, traveling status should be rotated. In order to facilitate optimum conditions for instruction, traveling teachers should, to the greatest extent practicable, be provided the following: 1. A quiet, secure space that contains a desk and filing space; 2. Storage space within the classrooms used for instruction; 3. A designated bulletin board and/or chalk or white board in the classrooms used for instruction; 4. An appropriate cart to transfer materials; 5. Supplies needed for instruction to the same extent as other teachers and those unique to traveling teachers.
Travel Pay Any employee required by the Employer to travel to a place of work other than his/her regular official duty station shall be reimbursed for travel costs, if eligible, in accordance with University policy.
