TRAVELLING AND ROOM AND BOARD ALLOWANCES. A thirty mile free travelling zone shall be established from the London City Hall to the project, further there shall also be a thirty mile free travelling zone established from the job-site for any men living within that zone. Travelling expenses shall be Paid to employees at the rate of forty cents per kilometer when they supply their own transportation for travelling from job to job during working hours at the direction of the Employer. In addition, employees shall be paid their applicable rates plus all normal benefits for the time spent in travelling. This condition shall apply to all employees working in the thirty mile zone designated in Article of this Appendix. All employees directed to travel to a project beyond the thirty mile free zone as specified in Article of this Appendix, shall receive travelling expenses at the rate of forty cents per kilometer to the project from the thirty mile free zone and return from project to thirty mile free zone.
