Treatment Along Temporary Roads. Outside of Clearcutting Units, all hardwood and coniferous trees felled or pushed over and trees damaged beyond recovery by Temporary Road construction shall be felled, limbed to a stem diameter of approximately 3 inches, at which point the top shall be cut from the remainder of the stem, and stem shall be bucked into lengths not exceeding 3/ feet. Such slash shall be Scattered free of soil to reduce concentrations unless treatment is required by another specified method.
