Common use of Trees and Tree Compensation Clause in Contracts

Trees and Tree Compensation. The Owner has been granted a Site Alteration Permit for tree removal on the subject Lands. All works regarding tree removal and preservation are strictly coordinated within the Site Alteration Permit and guided by the approved Construction Management and Developer Communication Plan as well as the approved Tree Removal and Preservation Plan.
