Common use of Trust Fund and Pension Plan Clause in Contracts

Trust Fund and Pension Plan. The Southern California UFCW Unions and Drug Employers Pension Fund (hereinafter “Pension Fund”) and the Southern UFCW Unions and Drug Employers Pension Plan (hereinafter “Pension Plan”) shall be continued for the life of this Agreement, subject to the terms of this Agreement and applicable law. Contributions shall be made into the Pension Fund as set forth below and shall be for the sole purpose of providing pensions for eligible employees as defined in the Pension Plan.
