Common use of TUITION AND TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT FUND Clause in Contracts

TUITION AND TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT FUND. 263. The City agrees to allocate $5,000.00 to a Tuition and Training Reimbursement Fund for each fiscal year of this Agreement for the exclusive use of classifications covered by this Agreement. The provisions of the Reimbursement Fund are attached as Appendix to this agreement.

TUITION AND TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT FUND. 263270. Employees in said classifications may not receive more than five hundred dollars ($500) each per fiscal year from this special allocation.
