Common use of TUITION AND TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT FUND Clause in Contracts

TUITION AND TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT FUND. 323. The City agrees to allocate twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) annually to a tuition and reimbursement fund for the exclusive use of classifications covered by this agreement. Each employee shall have a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) available for reimbursement. At the end of each fiscal year, any funds not expended shall not carry over into the next year.
