TUITION WAIVER FOR TEACHERS' CHILDREN. 7.09.1 Any non-resident teachers' child who is accepted to attend any grade in the Chardon Local School District shall attend without payment of tuition, except in cases when the Board is able to secure tuition from the home school district of the non-resident teacher, pursuant to the terms and conditions found in O.R.C. 3313.64(F)(8) and in the case of the Board’s open enrollment policy. A child is defined as "a natural or adopted dependent child" (including xxxxxxxxx) for whom the teacher is the natural parent or guardian and in whose household the child resides.
