Common use of Turn Around Time Clause in Contracts

Turn Around Time. Except by agreement between the parties or except in the case of emergency, an employee shall have a break of at least twelve (12) hours between scheduled shifts. An employee who is required to start a new scheduled shift within twelve (12) hours of completing her previous shift, including overtime, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for all hours which fall within the twelve hour turnaround time.
