Turnkey Services. 1. Preliminary Assessment (“PA”): PG&E may conduct, at no cost to Customer, a PA consisting of a brief on-site investigation and high-level evaluation of a Customer facility to identify possible ERMs. The purpose of the PA is to determine whether energy-related opportunities exist, and whether a more detailed assessment and/or implementation is desired by the Customer. 2. Investment Grade Assessment (“IGA”): After reviewing the PA, the Parties may enter into a Work Order (“WO”) setting forth a Scope of Work for an IGA. An IGA is a detailed assessment that describes the technical and financial feasibility of implementing one or more potential ERMs. If applicable, it provides the estimated energy savings and/or generation for each identified ERM. It may also support procurement of project financing.

Turnkey Services. Turnkey Services to be provided by PG&E under this Agreement in respect of any particular energy conservation project (“Project”) shall consist of the following phases: 1.1 Preliminary Assessment (“PA”): PG&E may conduct, at no cost to Customer, a PA consisting of a brief on-site investigation and high-level evaluation of a Customer facility to identify possible ECMs. The purpose of the PA is to determine whether energy-related opportunities exist, and whether a more detailed assessment and/or implementation is desired by the Customer. 1.2 Investment Grade Assessment (“IGA”): After reviewing the PA, the Customer may issue a Work Order (“WO”) setting forth a Scope of Work for an IGA. An IGA is a detailed assessment that describes the technical and financial feasibility of implementing one or more potential ECMs. If applicable, it provides the estimated energy savings and/or generation for each identified ECM. It may also support procurement of project financing. The IGA will not recommend any particular ECM and PG&E will not participate in any Customer decision whether or not to authorize any particular ECM.
Turnkey Services. Owner authorizes and appoints TurnKey as its agent to provide the following services for the Home:
Turnkey Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, including in this Section 5.7, nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit, restrict or otherwise affect the ability of Parent or any of its Affiliates, whether now existing or hereafter acquired or created (including the ▇▇▇▇▇ Turnkey Affiliates which currently provide Turnkey Services), from (i) providing Turnkey Services anywhere in the world and in any industry or field or (ii) acquiring or investing in any entity or business that, as part of its overall business activities, engages in any aspect of the Business, provided that the amount of revenues derived by such acquired entity or business from such activities (other than Turnkey Services), during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of acquisition, does not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total revenues of such acquired company or business. Without limitation, nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit, restrict or otherwise affect the ability of Parent or any of its Affiliates to perform its obligations and exercise its rights under any written agreement with Buyer or any of its Affiliates, including the Services Agreement.
Turnkey Services. Sierra Controls only employs qualified, professional, and hardworking staff to meet the needs of each project. We also use trusted electrical contractors who are licensed to assist with any SCADA requirements that extend beyond the limits of our own contractor’s license. Sierra Controls still acts as the turnkey provider and responsible party for all services we are employed for.

Related to Turnkey Services

  • Training Services All training services, including any Deliverables, are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer may not replicate the Deliverables or use the Deliverables to develop any of the products described in such training Deliverables. Training Deliverables are not subject to any maintenance, support, or updates.

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times.   • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).
