Turnover Activities. “Turnover” is defined as the required activities Grantee must perform Attachment A: Scope of Grant Project Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) Program to transition contract operations to a subsequent entity or HHSC. Grantee must ensure that HHSC and consumer populations do not experience any adverse impact from the transfer of services to another entity or HHSC.
