Common use of Twelve Month Employee Clause in Contracts

Twelve Month Employee. An employee hired to work full-time a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week during a normal work week, twelve (12) months per year. Such Employee shall receive fringe benefits as specifically provided herein, including paid vacation.
