Twelve-Month Secretaries Only. In addition to the days specified in subsection 3.a. above, secretaries shall be eligible for paid vacations on the following schedule: After one (1) year five (5) days After five (5) years ten (10) days Total Maximum: Vacation days per year may not exceed twenty-two (22) days.
