Our VP, Xxxx Xxxxx, resides in San Diego and generates substantially more than 25% of our sales from his San Diego Office. ZKxKZ also subcontracts a substantial amount of our own R&D work (over $1 million to date) to other SD county businesses. Our largest SD subcontractor is the Leidos Campus Point facility. If selected for this contract we will apply for and almost certainly receive this certification from the city. The link on the SD website for that application seems to be broken. We will use two primary major material suppliers, Tangent and IC3D, for the proposed work. Tangent has historically supplied most of our roundabout plastic material, which they make by a conventional molding process. We view IC3D as a potential next-generation manufacturer for roundabout components, making large plastic parts by 3D printing. We have already installed a few 3D printed roundabout components in the USDOT roundabout we installed in San Diego in 2022, and these are performing well. We expect that all the "Part 2 Median Noses" will be 3D printed by IC3D. We will trade and compete these two suppliers over teh course of the 5 year contract. We are able to compare the firm’s work force data to County Labor Force Availability (CLFA) data derived from the United States Census. CLFA data is a compilation of lists of occupations and includes the percentage of each ethnicity we track (American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African-American, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, White, and Other) for each occupation. Currently, our CLFA data is taken from the 2010 Census.
