(d) I and my firm will notify the Purchasing Agent in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days of becoming aware of an investigation or finding by a government agency or court of competent jurisdiction of a violation by a subcontractor of laws stated in paragraph (a). (e) I and my firm will cooperate fully with the City during any investigation and to respond to a request for information within ten (10) working days.
