Type of Work to be Performed. The nature of retirement residences is such that at times it is necessary for an employee to perform work not normally required in an employee’s job and therefore, the requirements of the moment shall determine the type of work to be performed. It is understood that an employee shall not be expected to perform a task for which the employee is not trained.
