Types and Number of Pets. The Housing Authority will allow only common household pets. This means only domesticated animals, such as a dog, cat, bird, rabbit, ferret, mouse, domesticated rat, fish in aquariums, or turtle. Snakes, lizards and other reptiles (except turtles), alligators, crocodiles, tarantulas, pot-bellied pigs, non-human primates, such as monkeys, are not considered common household pets and are not allowed under this policy. Farm animals, fowl, exotic pets, breeding animals, wild or feral animals and dangerous animals are not allowed. Attack or fight-trained dogs are not allowed. If this definition conflicts with a State or Local Law or Regulation, the State or Local Law or Regulation shall govern. All dogs and cats, before they become six (6) months old, must be spayed or neutered; cats must be de-clawed; and a licensed veterinarian must verify these facts. Only two (2) pets will be allowed per unit regardless of the size of the unit, (only one dog or one cat per unit allowed). Any animal deemed to be potentially harmful to the health and safety of others, including attack or fight trained dogs will not be allowed. No pet may exceed twenty-five pounds (25 Ibs.) in weight to full adult size.

Types and Number of Pets. The McKean County Housing Authority will allow only common household pets. This means only domesticated animals such as a dog, cat, bird, or fish in aquariums or a turtle will be allowed in units. Common household pets do not generally include reptiles (except turtles); any reptiles need prior approval from the Housing Authority. There will be no snakes allowed. Because of the smell, ferrets will not be allowed. If this definition conflicts with a state or local law or regulation, the state or local law or regulation shall govern. Dogs must be no less than six (6) months old, spayed or neutered and completely housebroken. Cats must be no less than six (6) months old, spayed or neutered, front claws removed and must be litter box trained. No animal may exceed twenty-five (25) pounds in weight or 1 foot in height projected to full adult size. Only one pet per unit will be allowed except with the following exceptions, two birds, or two mice, or two gerbils/hamsters/guinea pigs of the same sex and any number of fish in a tank not to exceed a 20-gallon tank. Any animal deemed by the Housing Authority to be potentially harmful to the health or safety of others, including attack or fight trained dogs, will not be allowed.

Registry Operator’s obligation to pay the quarterly registry-­‐level fixed fee will begin on the date on which the TLD is delegated in the DNS to Registry Operator. The first quarterly payment of the registry-­‐level fixed fee will be prorated based on the number of calendar days between the delegation date and the end of the calendar quarter in which the delegation date falls.

To identify acceptable routes and times of operation, ADOT, or its representative, will prepare an agreement with local agencies regarding hauling of construction materials on public streets. As it relates to these Technical Provisions, references to freeway, project, South Mountain Freeway, proposed action, proposed freeway, and Selected Alternative mean the Project, and references to contractor mean Developer. Developer shall comply with and perform all of the contractor and ADOT requirements, including the ADOT obligations, commitments, and responsibilities, identified in the following table, except to the extent of those requirements that are specifically identified in the third column, entitled “Description of ADOT Responsibilities,” which are not delegated to Developer.

  • Number of Guests The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
