Common use of Types (Categories) of Employment Clause in Contracts

Types (Categories) of Employment. Teachers under this Agreement will be employed in one of the following categories: (a) full-time employment on an ongoing (indefinite) basis; (b) part-time employment on an ongoing (indefinite) basis; (c) casual employment; or (d) temporary employment, being employment, either full-time or part-time, that is not for an indefinite period but rather is for a specified maximum term or for a specified task.
