Common use of UAdministrative Leave Clause in Contracts

UAdministrative Leave. a. Administrative leave is a separation from employment with or without pay. If the superintendent, or designee, determines that it is in the best interest of the District, he or she may place an employee on leave with or without pay pending investigation preliminary to taking disciplinary action. The superintendent shall comply with all disciplinary procedures required by the Article at the earliest possible time.
