Umbrella. Umbrella excess liability insurance, on an occurrence basis, that applies excess of required commercial general liability, business auto liability, and employers liability policies, which insures against bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and advertising injury claims with the following minimum limits: Each Occurrence $1,000,000.00 Annual Aggregate 1,000,000.00 These limits must be in addition to and not including those stated for underlying commercial general liability, business auto liability, and employers liability insurance. Such policy must name the Required Additional Insureds as additional insureds.

Umbrella. City agrees to maintain an umbrella policy insuring City’s use and occupancy of the Leased Premises with minimum limits of liability of $2,000,000 each occurrence and aggregate. Umbrella policy must provide excess coverage over the general liability and automobile policies.

Umbrella. Limits of no less than $1M on both a per occurrence and general aggregate basis. Umbrella insurance is not needed if the General Liability insurance is $2M on a per occurrence basis.
