Umbrella. Umbrella excess liability insurance, on an occurrence basis, that applies excess of required commercial general liability, business auto liability, and employers liability policies, which insures against bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and advertising injury claims with the following minimum limits: Each Occurrence $1,000,000.00 Annual Aggregate 1,000,000.00 These limits must be in addition to and not including those stated for underlying commercial general liability, business auto liability, and employers liability insurance. Such policy must name the Required Additional Insureds as additional insureds.
