AND EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURANCE. Contractor shall maintain general liability (CGL) insurance, and, if necessary, commercial umbrella insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per each occurrence. If such CGL insurance contains aggregate limits, the General Aggregate limit shall be at least twice the “each occurrence” limit. CGL insurance shall have products-completed operations aggregate limit of at least two times the “each occurrence” limit. CGL insurance shall be written on ISO occurrence form CG 00 01 (or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage). All insurance shall cover liability arising out of premises, operations, independent contractors, products-completed operations, personal injury and advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract (including the tort liability of another assumed in a business contract), and contain separation of insureds (cross liability) condition. Contractor shall buy employers liability insurance, and, if necessary, commercial umbrella liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident or $1,000,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease. EMPLOYERS LIABILITY (STOP GAP) INSURANCE Contractor shall buy employers liability insurance, and, if necessary, commercial umbrella liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident or $1,000,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease. WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE Contractor shall comply with all state of Washington workers compensation statutes and regulations. Workers compensation coverage shall be provided for all employees of Contractor and employees of any subcontractor. Coverage shall include bodily injury (including death) by accident or disease, which arises out of or in connection with the performance of this Contract. Except as prohibited by law, Contractor waives all rights of subrogation against State for recovery of damages to the extent they are covered by workers compensation, employers liability, commercial general liability or commercial umbrella liability insurance. If Contractor or subcontractor fails to comply with all state of Washington workers' compensation statutes and regulations and State incurs fines or is required by law to provide benefits to or obtain coverage for such employees, Contractor shall indemnify State. AND EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURANCE. Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum combined single limits of ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) each occurrence and ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) general aggregate. The policy shall be applicable to all premises and operations. The policy shall include coverage for bodily injury, broad form property damage (including completed operations), personal injury (including coverage for contractual and employee acts), blanket contractual, independent contractors, products, and completed operations. The policy shall include coverage for explosion, collapse, and underground hazards. • Automobile Liability Insurance with minimum combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage of not less than ONE MILLION ($1,000,000) for any one occurrence, with respect to each of Contractor's owned, hired or non-owned vehicles assigned to or used in performance of the services or work under this Contract. • Contractor shall procure and maintain, and shall cause any Subcontractor of the Contractor to procure and maintain, the minimum insurance coverage listed herein. Such coverage shall be procured and maintained with forms and insurers acceptable to the Company/Client. All coverage shall be continuously maintained to cover all liability, claims, demands, and other obligations assumed by the Contractor pursuant. In the case of any claims-made policy, the necessary retroactive dates and extended reporting periods shall be procured to maintain such continuous coverage. • A Certificate of Insurance shall be completed by the Contractor's Insurance Agent(s) as evidence that policies providing the required coverage, condition, and minimum limits are in full force and effect and shall be subject to review and approval by the Company/Client prior to commencement of any services under this Contract. The Certificate shall identify this Contract and shall provide that the coverage afforded under the policies shall not be cancelled, terminated or materially changed until at least thirty

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.

  • Directors and Officers Liability Insurance The Company shall, from time to time, make the good faith determination whether or not it is practicable for the Company to obtain and maintain a policy or policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies providing the officers and directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts, or to ensure the Company's performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. Among other considerations, the Company will weigh the costs of obtaining such insurance coverage against the protection afforded by such coverage. In all policies of directors' and officers' liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide Indemnitee the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company's directors, if Indemnitee is a director; or of the Company's officers, if Indemnitee is not a director of the Company but is an officer; or of the Company's key employees, if Indemnitee is not an officer or director but is a key employee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall have no obligation to obtain or maintain such insurance if the Company determines in good faith that such insurance is not reasonably available, if the premium costs for such insurance are disproportionate to the amount of coverage provided, if the coverage provided by such insurance is limited by exclusions so as to provide an insufficient benefit, or if Indemnitee is covered by similar insurance maintained by a subsidiary or parent of the Company.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.
