Umbrella Coverage Sample Clauses

Umbrella Coverage. Coverage shall protect Developer and any subcontractor during the performance of work covered by this Agreement with limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage on a combined basis with the stated underlying limits of Paragraphs IV. S. 1. to IV S. 3. above.

Umbrella Coverage. The insurance limits cited in the above paragraphs are minimum limits. This specification is no way intended to define what constitutes adequate insurance coverage for individual Vendor. The NMDOT will recognize following form excess coverage (Umbrella) as meeting the requirements of Subsection (A) 1.a of this price agreement, should such insurance otherwise meet all requirements of such subsections.

Umbrella Coverage. The insurance coverages and amounts set forth in subsections (b), (c), (d) and (e) of this Section may be met by an umbrella liability policy following the form of the underlying primary coverage in a minimum amount of $5,000,000. Should an umbrella liability insurance coverage policy be used, such coverage shall be accompanied by a certificate of endorsement stating that it applies to the specific policy numbers indicated for the insurance providing the coverages required by subsections (b), (c), (d) and (e), and it is further agreed that such statement shall be made a part of the certificate of insurance furnished by Grantee to the City.

Umbrella Coverage. Umbrella" Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall obtain, pay for and maintain umbrella liability insurance, during the contract term, insuring the Contractor (or subcontractor) for an amount specified in the Master Agreement, but not less than $10,000,000 per occurrence aggregate, that provides coverage at least as broad as and applies in excess and follows form of the primary liability coverages required hereinabove. The policy shall provide "drop down" coverage where underlying primary insurance coverage limits are insufficient or exhausted.
