More Definitions of Type of Coverage

Type of Coverage means Individual, which covers the Subscriber or Member only, or family, under which an Individual may also enroll his or her Dependents.

  • Evidence of coverage means any certificate, agreement or contract issued to an enrollee setting out the coverage to which the enrollee is entitled.
