Unassignment of Specialist. It is not the intent of the District annually to unassign all psychologists, speech therapists or school level educational diagnosticians. However, the District may unassign such personnel for such reasons including, but not limited to balancing caseloads; coordinating schedules among these classifications; or for other organizational needs.
