Unauthorised Access. (a) The Company is responsible for any unauthorised access to any transaction data from the Company or from third parties retained by or on behalf of the Company.

Unauthorised Access. 5.1 If, at any time, you learn or suspect that (i) your access credentials have been disclosed or otherwise made known to any person other than yourself or (ii) there has been unauthorized access to your account, you agree to immediately notify Xxxxx and your employer company and to confirm such notice in writing within seventy-two (72) hours. Upon receiving such notice, Xxxxx and your employer company will respectively verify your identity and assign new access credentials to you within a reasonable period of time. Re-issuance and reactivation of access credentials is subject to Xxxxx'x and your employer company's security and validation procedures. You will not receive new access credentials if you have violated, or allowed others to violate, Xxxxx'x and your employer company's security or validation procedures.

In the event of any inappropriate access the Laboratory may take further action including informing your employer or those working in association with you, informing the patient, any PHO that you associated with or referring the matter to your professional registration authority.

Unauthorised Access. In no event may the Customer increase its authorised access points to the Telecommunications/Data lines by means of wire splitting or any other method including wireless devices. In the event of the Customer breaching paragraph 33.1.3 (Regus Internet Access – Per User Basis), above, or this paragraph, Regus may disconnect all of the Customer’s access to the Telecommunications/Data lines upon three (3) business days prior written notice to the Customer. The Customer shall pay all Regus fees for any unauthorised Telecommunications/Data Lines use upon invoice from Regus. Regus shall have no obligation to reconnect the Customer to the Telecommunications/Data Lines until such fees have been paid in full and the Customer has ceased to make unauthorised access.
Unauthorised Access. Subscriber shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to the Services. Subscriber shall notify HackTheBox promptly about any known or suspected unauthorised access to and/or use of the Services, or any breach of its security and shall use reasonable efforts to stop such unauthorised access or breach.
