Example Calculation: A Shipper issued with an Operational Flow Order limit of 800 GJ for a Delivery Point and a Receipt Point for a Path on a Day, takes delivery of 900 GJ at that Delivery Point but injects 950 GJ at that Receipt Point on that Day, will be charged an Unauthorised Overrun OFO Charge for the Path as follows: 150 GJ x Unauthorised Overrun OFO Rate

Third party indemnity45 The Tenant must indemnify the Landlord against all actions, claims, demands made by a third party, all costs, damages, expenses, charges and taxes payable to a third party and the Landlord’s own liabilities, costs and expenses incurred in defending or settling any action, claim or demand in respect of any personal injury or death, damage to any property and any infringement of any right, in each case arising from: the state and condition of the Premises or the Tenant’s use of them; the exercise of the Tenant’s rights; or the carrying out of any Permitted Works. In respect of any claim covered by the indemnity in clause 4.7.1, the Landlord must: give formal notice to the Tenant of the claim as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving notice of it; provide the Tenant with any information and assistance in relation to the claim that the Tenant may reasonably require and the Landlord is lawfully able to provide, subject to the Tenant paying to the Landlord all costs incurred by the Landlord in providing that information and assistance; and mitigate its loss (at the Tenant’s cost) where it is reasonable for the Landlord to do so.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.
