Unbroken Vacation Period - Full-Time Employees. An employee shall be entitled to receive his/her vacation in an unbroken period to a maximum of three (3) weeks unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Chief Executive Officer or designate.

Unbroken Vacation Period - Full-Time Employees. An employee shall be entitled to receive his/her vacation in an unbroken period to a maximum of three (3) weeks unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Chief Executive Officer or designate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an employee shall be entitled to receive his/her vacation as individual days to a maximum of five (5) days of their entitlement unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Chief Executive Officer or designate. Such requests shall not unreasonably be denied.
