Unbroken Vacation Period - Full-Time Employees. An employee shall be entitled to receive his/her vacation in an unbroken period to a maximum of three (3) weeks unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Chief Executive Officer or designate.

Unbroken Vacation Period - Full-Time Employees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an employee shall be entitled to receive his/her vacation as individual days to a maximum of five (5) days of their entitlement unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Chief Executive Officer or designate. Such requests shall not unreasonably be denied.
