UNDERSTANDING AND CLARIFICATION ON DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATION. The Bidder is required to carefully examine the specifications and documents, all the conditions and matters work wise & cost wise. If any Bidder finds any discrepancies or omissions in the specifications and documents or is in doubt for any meaning of any part, he shall request in writing for an interpretation/ clarification to the GIPCL or during Pre-Bid meeting. All such interpretations and clarifications shall form a part of the Bid documents.

In case of conflicts between the attachments and the core text of this Consortium Agreement, the latter shall prevail. Should any provision of this Consortium Agreement become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Consortium Agreement. In such a case, the Parties concerned shall be entitled to request that a valid and practicable provision be negotiated which fulfils the purpose of the original provision.
