Undiagnosed Issues. If it cannot be determined that Down Time was caused by or is under the control of either Party, then the occurrence will be logged as “under investigation, cause not determined.” This occurrence will be documented and considered as Down Time, however, no Service Credits will be issued for occurrences of this nature.
