Unemployment Benefits. a. If the employee is entitled to benefit under the Unemployment Insurance Act because the employer is not or is no longer obliged to pay the salary under the provisions of 3.9.1, 3.9.2 or 3.9.3, the employer will top up this benefit to the level of the salary. b. In the cases as referred to in 3.9.2 and 3.9.3, the employer will continue to pay the salary of an employee who is not entitled to benefit on account of the conditions laid down in Articles 15 to 21 inclusive of the Unemployment Insurance Act.
