Common use of Unemployment Insurance Clause in Contracts

Unemployment Insurance. The Employer agrees to provide, through the services of the Michigan Employment Security Commission, unemployment insurance coverage for all employees under this Agreement.

The Employer retains the right to consider any alternative source for the funding of unemployment insurance. Negotiations with the Union will be conducted before changing the current method of funding unemployment insurance.
