Common use of Unfair Practices Clause in Contracts

Unfair Practices. The parties agree that Article 20, Sections 2014 and 2015 of the Ventura County Personnel Rules and Regulations shall be removed from the jurisdiction of the Civil Service Commission Charges of unfair practices shall be submitted to advisory arbitration. The request for advisory arbitration shall be made in accordance with Section 3209. The cost of advisory arbitration shall be divided equally between VEA and the County.‌
