Unfair Practices. 3.01 No employee shall be discharged or discriminated against for any lawful union activity or for serving on a Union committee outside of business hours or for reporting to the Union the violation of any provision of this Agreement. 3.02 It shall be the practice of the Company and the Union not to discriminate because of race, gender, creed, colour, age, religion, national origin, ancestry, or sexual orientation.
