UNFIT DECLARATION. Where an Employee originally declared unfit for Flight duty by the Company’s Physician is declared unfit for duty under Article .02 above, she/he shall be treated as having been unfit for duty since the initial declaration and shall continue to be considered unfit until such time as the qualified medical specialist declares her/him fit for Flight duty.
