Uniform Network Code. 4.1.1 Each Party now agrees to adopt, or has already adopted, the Uniform Network Code, and each Additional Party upon execution of an Accession Agreement agrees to adopt the Uniform Network Code. 4.1.2 The Parties shall procure that a copy of the Uniform Network Code (and any amendments made to it) is submitted by the Secretary to the Authority in the form (or forms) required by the Authority and in accordance with the requirements of each Party's Transporter's Licence.

Uniform Network Code. 5.1 A copy of the Uniform Network Code as modified from time to time is freely available on a website the details of which will be communicated to the Operator. [5.2 As between the Relevant Shipper(s) and National Grid Gas, this Agreement shall constitute an Ancillary Agreement for the purposes of the Uniform Network Code and the Relevant User shall secure that the Operator is provided with a copy of this Agreement and any amendments thereto.]
Uniform Network Code. 3.1 This Agreement shall remain in force notwithstanding any modification from time to time to the Uniform Network Code. 3.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall modify the terms on which, pursuant to the Uniform Network Code, the DNO may offtake gas from the NTS. 3.3 In the event that the Uniform Network Code is modified or changes are made to the Gas Xxx 0000 (as amended), the National Grid NTS Gas Transporters Licence, the DNO’s Gas Transporters Licence, or the gas regulatory regime which would result in either Party being unable lawfully to perform this Agreement, the Parties agree to meet in good faith to discuss how this Agreement may be amended to take account of such modification or change. The Parties agree to make amendments to the terms of this Agreement from time to time to such extent (if any) as is necessary to make the terms of this Agreement consistent with the principles behind the relevant modifications or changes. 3.4 In the event that a Party is unable lawfully to perform its obligations as a result of any of the circumstances described in Clause 3.3 and the DNO has applied to the Authority for a determination under Section 19 of the Gas Xxx 0000 (as amended), the Reduction Period Start Date shall be postponed or the Reduction Period extended (as the case may be) by a period equal to the period from the date the said Section 19 application was made to the date the Authority’s determination was issued.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Proposed Policies and Procedures Regarding New Online Content and Functionality By October 31, 2017, the School will submit to OCR for its review and approval proposed policies and procedures (“the Plan for New Content”) to ensure that all new, newly-added, or modified online content and functionality will be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden. a) When fundamental alteration or undue burden defenses apply, the Plan for New Content will require the School to provide equally effective alternative access. The Plan for New Content will require the School, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternates are not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. b) The Plan for New Content must include sufficient quality assurance procedures, backed by adequate personnel and financial resources, for full implementation. This provision also applies to the School’s online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or by using open sources. c) Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the School will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.

  • Network Requirements Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the applicable network environment(s) adhere to the applicable standards and requirements specified in the Documentation and are configured appropriately to its proposed use of Ordered SaaS Services.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Software Requirements 7 Developer shall prepare the Project Schedule using Oracle’s Primavera P6.

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation 35.5.1.   • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.
