Common use of Uniform Rules Clause in Contracts

Uniform Rules. The terms and conditions of this Plan and all rules promulgated by the Administrator under authority granted by this Plan will be interpreted and enforced in a uniform manner as to all similarly situated persons, and no action on the part of the Administrator or the Employer will discriminate in favor of highly compensated employees (as that term is defined in the Code and in regulations promulgated under the Code).
