Warehouse Employees. Any Employee working in the warehouse will be supplied with three (3) pairs of coveralls. Coveralls and gloves will be provided on a replacement basis. Where extreme working conditions warrant the use of insulated coveralls such reasonable requests shall not be withheld. Loaders and Warehousemen will be provided with a uniform if they are required to wait on customers. Warehousemen will be allowed to wear shorts provided they conform to company requirements, and providing they supply same at their own expense.
Warehouse Employees. (1) Every employee working in the Warehouse has the opportunity to take the Basic Skills (English and Math) tests. If an employee does not achieve a passing grade on both tests, he/she will retain their then current job
Warehouse Employees. The Company agrees that a warehouse position would be included as part of the certification Order No. 10798-U as being represented by the United Steelworkers. If at any time in the future the company decides that a warehouse position is required the Company agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate the terms and conditions, including such aspects of employment as wages, benefits, duties, and applicable articles of the main agreement. Warehouse Employees. Except for the December - January period not more than one warehouse employee will be on annual leave at any one time. Warehouse employees will take their annual leave in broken periods to suit the company's warehousing and distribution work pattern requirements.
Warehouse Employees. Positions will be given an appropriate Job Title and the competencies of that job will determine the Pay Rate applicable. Level Function Pay Rate Level 1 (Entry Level) Employees paid at this rate will be competent in and may be asked to carry out any of the duties associated with the functions listed under Pay Rate I as set out in Appendix 2. This rate is paid to employees in their first 13 weeks of employment. At the completion of the 13 weeks, employees will be assessed for progression to Pay Rate 2. The parties agree that Pay Rate I will not be used to support short-term employment Pay Rate Level 2 Employees paid at this rate will be competent in and may be asked to carry out any of the duties associated with the functions listed under Pay Rates I and 2 as set out in Appendix 2. Pay Rate Level 3 Employees paid at this rate will be competent in four positions covered by Pay Rate 2 (as assessed by a qualified Workplace Assessor) and may be asked to carry out any of the duties associated with the functions listed under Pay Rates I and 2 in Appendix 2. Pay Rate Level 4 Employees paid at this rate will be competent in and may be asked to carry out any of the duties associated with the functions listed under Pay Rates I, 2 and 3, in Appendix 2. Pay Rate Level 5 Employees paid at this rate will be competent in and may be asked to carry out any of the duties associated with the functions listed under Pay Rates I, 2, 3 and 4 in Appendix 2. A Team Leader classified at this level may also be required to lead a team of up to and including nine others Pay Rate Level 6 A Team Leader classified at this level is required to lead a team often or more others.
(a) Employees who were employed prior to the 1st October 2004 and who are paid at a level higher than they are qualified for will retain their Pay Level.
(b) Progression from, Pay Rate 1 to Pay Rate 2 shall be by training and assessment after the 13 weeks of employment.
(c) Progression from Pay Rate 2 to Pay Rate 3 shall be by training and assessment.
(d) Progression from Pay Rate 3 to Pay Rate 4 shall be by management appointment except where all things are equal between applicants then seniority of service will be the determining factor.
(e) Progression to Pay Rates 5 and above shall be by management appointment.
Warehouse Employees. (a) Positions will be given an appropriate job title and the competencies of that job will be matched against the relevant pay rate.

Warehouse Employees. (Full-Time Employees Only)
Warehouse Employees. (a) Day Shift - a minimum of three (3) persons shall be allow ed to be off on vacat ion at the same time;
(b) Afternoon Shift - a minimum of three (3) persons shall be allow ed to be off on vacat ion at the same time;
(c) Night Shift - a minimum of tw o (2) persons shall be allow ed to be off on vacat ion at the same time. On any shift that has xx xxxx-eight (28) or more persons w orking on it , there shall be one (1) addit ional person allow ed off on vacat ion in excess of the numbers as set out above in 17.06 and 17.07.
Warehouse Employees. 4.1 Windguard shall indemnify Aura and keep Aura indemnified against all Employment Liabilities which relate to or arise out of all employment relationships with the Warehouse Employees.
